Date nights, anniversaries, marriage proposals, bachelorette parties, birthdays, girls nights, “just because”, brunches, baby showers, gender reveals etc.
We are open to setting up for any types of events, if we are able to and have the inventory.
Please submit an inquiry form through our website or email us the details of your event. Once we receive the email, we will check for availability and reply with date confirmation or request for an alternate date.
We require a 50% deposit at the time of the booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance of payment is due 1 week prior to your event date.
The preferred payment type is Square, however, different payment options are available upon request (Venmo, Paypal).
Please be advised that bookings will not be confirmed or secured without a deposit. Failure to pay an invoice may result in cancellation of a booking and loss of deposit.
As far in advance as you can! Early booking is recommended to secure your desired date and time.
Depending on our availability, we may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings.
Should you decide to cancel your booking (we understand that life is unpredictable), please notify us a week in advance for a full refund.
If we receive a cancelation email 72 hours prior the event – we will offer you a partial refund of 50% and/or apply the original 50% non-refundable deposit towards a rescheduled event.
If we receive a cancellation notice 48 hours prior the event – the total payment is non-refundable, however, we will gladly reschedule your event to another date of your choice.
Please be advised that a reschedule date has to be within 6 months of the original event date.
In case of unfavorable weather conditions, we will accommodate your event indoors at the location provided by you or reschedule your event to the date of your choice.
We will do our best to monitor the weather forecast and contact our clients prior to the event but it will ultimately be your responsibility to monitor and take actions accordingly.
If you did not show to the event, the option to reschedule will not be provided and payment will not be refunded.
For the ultimate picnic experience, we work with the best in the field - our local charcuterie company Blue Magnolia, who creates beautifully made charcuterie boards that include variety of meets & cheeses, nuts, spreads and preserves. Blue Magnolia also offers sandwich boards, sandwich boxes and refreshments.

If you would like something sweet and guilt free, NaturBaker makes healthiest donuts and cakes in town! They are vegan and gluten free!
We love taking care of everything for you, including the food arrangement, however, you are also welcome to bring your own food if you would like!
You can choose wine or champagne as an Add-On and it will be delivered by The Blue Magnolia directly to the event! We will provide acrylic decanters, as there is no glass policy that takes places on all beaches.
Please be advised, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for your event. It is always important to follow the rules of the location and to be responsible and respectful.
Soleil Ventures LLC takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties that occurred. We are not liable for the disregard of those rules.
No, please don't! We will gladly take care of it for you! Set up and clean up are a part of the picnic package. All you have to do is to arrive to your picnic and enjoy it! Leave the rest to us.
The customer is responsible for the supervision and security of Soleil Ventures LLC rental items until such time that they are collected by Soleil Ventures LLC.
In the event that any rental items are stolen from the venue/location, the customer will be responsible for any replacement costs of the items that were stolen during the period of the event.
If you and your guests plan to leave early, please message any of our team members to notify us, so our items are not left unattended.
All rental items supplied to the customer for the event are the property of Soleil Ventures LLC unless stated otherwise.
Any loss or damage to the equipment will be charged accordingly.
If rental items are lost, the customer will be responsible for any replacement costs.
If the rental items are damaged, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated repairs.
